Pedu owns and operates the website pedu.io and retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Pedu Material/Product, including any documentation, data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer.

Customer agrees that it must obtain Pedu prior written consent before it may:

(i) copy any of Pedu material;

(ii) use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during the audio conference or webinars; or

(iii) use Pedu trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication.

The term Pedu Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from Pedu’s Websites and/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials. Subject to payment of respective Pedu Material/Product fee,

Pedu will grant to each of Customer:

(i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and

(ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Pedu Material/Product.

Subject to payment of respective Pedu Material/Product fee,

Pedu will grant to each of Customer:

(i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and

(ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Pedu Material/Product.
